This lovely trek takes place at the north side of Guanacaste, Costa Rica at the foothills of Tenorio and Miravalles Volcano. This tour consist on a trek throughout the magnificent trails of the rain forest and their picturesque green and lush mountains.
This rain forest is the home of a hidden gem, known as Rio Celeste National Park, a very long river with a unique turquoise color that comes from to the volcanic minerals of the volcanoes.
You will be amazed experiencing the magnificent color of this river and the stunning waterfall. Perfect trip for hiking lovers and those who have never experienced lush vegetation, flora and fauna of the rain forest.
Once you finish off this 2.3hr hike through the jungle, we’ll head to a local family farm where you can experience and learn about the sloths in their natural environment, tree frogs such as Blue Jean and Red Eye, exotic birds and butterflies can be seen as well.
